Visualeyez™ systems are useful in all physical 3D measurement applications, particularly when one or more of the following conditions must be met:
1. Measurement range must be large yet high accuracy must be maintained
2. Real-time response is necessary and must be absolutely reliable
3. Portability is desired and setup convenience cannot be sacrificed
4. System calibration burden and concern must be minimized and preferably completely eliminated
5. Motions of interest cannot always be captured from the top-down direction only
