Phoenix Technologies Incorporated（PTI）加拿大公司於今日正式發表革命性自動校準軟體－VZAutoCal™ 。這個剛加入PTI系列產品的新軟體 將使得動作捕捉系統費力繁複的手動校準程式成為過往的歷史 。PTI原有的Visualeyez™動作捕捉系統在校準方面一向是領先於同業，每支感應器在一分鐘以內即可完成校準。但現在，由於VZAutoCal™的誕生，被捕捉的物體一旦進入捕捉區域，立刻啟動系統的自動校準，並瞬間完成，使用者完全不須手動校準。此外VZAutoCal™還具備了“自適應”功能。在捕捉過程中，既使捕捉環境出現任何包括感應器移動，室溫改變等外在條件變動時，該功能會自動再次校準整個系統。這使得捕捉系統保持最流暢精準之最佳狀態，讓使用者能無憂無慮地進行動作捕捉。
